Transitioning a brand after acquisition
Essentra Specialty Tapes (formally Duraco, Inc.) manufactures a wide range of stock and custom adhesive products for several industries and markets. Our team was working with Duraco Inc. when Essentra acquired the company for their specialty tapes division. A global entity, Essentra kept us on to help transition the Duraco brand for the US market. Our team was later tapped to provide assistance in European and Chinese markets, as well. To make sure their company and market understood and appreciated the switch from Duraco to Essentra, our team provided internal and external marketing components, including email campaigns, brochures, catalogs, direct mail and online advertising in several different languages. Today, Essentra Specialty Tapes is an industry-leading manufacturer and distributor of specialty tapes and adhesive coated products. |
